Radical changes are to be confirmed this week – will they be enough?

THE GOVERNMENT IS set to announce radical changes this week to how water charges will be levied.

This includes capped charges, a maximum rate of €178 for a family for the first three years and a change in the way PPS numbers are collected.

So, we want to know: Do you think the new water charge regime will be enough to appease the Irish public?
