Poll: will you be watching Euro 2012?

Are your inflatable hammers at the ready or have you got Xtravision on speed-dial?

IRELAND HAS A great relationship with major football tournaments – when we get to them that is.

Euro ’88, Italia ’90, USA ’94 and Korea-Japan ’02 provided sports fans, young and old, with precious memories and some special goals and results. If Trap’s Army can perform as well as Jack’s and Mick’s, we could be in for a special summer.

But we’re wondering if the starting XI and the rest of the squad have made as much of an impression as Ray Houghton, Paul McGrath, Packie Bonner et al did over two decades ago.

Will you be watching Euro 2012 this month?

Poll Results:

Yes, I will watch all of it (1407)
Yes, but only Ireland's games (698)
No, I wish them luck but I won't be tuning in (563)
I'm off to Poland (242)
I'm really dreading it (199)
