Poll: Have you ever experienced bullying at work?

It’s still a real problem in Irish workplaces, according to a new study.

IRELAND IS THE seventh worst country in the EU for workplace bullying, a new study has found. The level of physical violence at work is also high by European standards.

SIPTU has revealed it’s dealing with around 100 bullying cases at the moment, but the trade union says one of the biggest issues in dealing with the problem is that there’s no statutory definition of it.
