IT’S BEEN A hard and sad week in news. Staying positive isn’t easy but mental health researchers have recommended that deliberately building a moment of positivity in your daily routine has massive benefits.

This could be consciously noting something that you are grateful for that day, taking time out to meditate, doing something that makes you feel well.
