Power restored to 8,300 north Dublin homes after fault

Homes in Raheny, Donaghmede and Howth were without power following a major service fault.

POWER HAS BEEN restored to over 8,300 homes in north county Dublin this evening after a service fault.

The fault at Howth Junction disrupted power to homes in Kilbarrack, Raheny and Donaghmede.

The disruption occurred just after 7:30pm.

ESB Networks teams were dispatched to repair the fault, and power was restored at around 9pm.
