Poll: Would you sign a pre-nuptial agreement?

Holla we want pre-nup?

THE GOVERNMENT IS taking steps to introduce a law that would recognise pre-nuptial agreements.

That is according to today’s Irish Independent and comes on the back of a High Court ruling that a businessman who admitted repeated affairs should pay his ex-wife €18,000 a month.

But are the agreements a good idea?

Are they simply worst-case planning that is part of due diligence? Or is even talking about breaking up a bad sign?

We’re asking: Would you sign a pre-nuptial agreement?

Poll Results:

Yes (5080)
No (3134)
I don't know (1143)
