Including a semi-d in Strandhill and a detached home near Sligo town.

KEEPING UP WITH an ever-changing property market can be difficult, but we’re here to make things easier.

Every week, we handpick a number of homes within a similar budget, and usually in a similar area, to give you an idea of what the property landscape looks like right now.

This week, we’re looking at properties around Co Sligo with an asking price of €450,000 and under – including a semi-d in Strandhill and a detached home near Sligo town.

Two more double bedrooms that both have walk-in wardrobes sit upstairs. And while the master bedroom has an en suite, there’s another bathroom on this floor. The garden around the house includes a sunny private patio and a gravel path that leads to a stone building that’s ideal to BBQ and dine in.
