Price comparison: What can I get around Co Clare for under €300,000?

From a three-bed in Ennis to a five-bed in Whitegate.

FINDING THE RIGHT home at a certain price point isn’t an easy task – particularly in such a changeable property market. But we’re here to point you in the right direction.

Each week, we profile four of our favourite houses on sale right now to give you an idea of the type of property you can afford.

This week, we’re taking a look at what’s available around Co Clare for less than €300,000.

Four-bed, end of terrace, Killaloe – €299,000

If plenty of space, easy access to a village and a sense of community are high on your must-have list, check out 39 Shantraud Woods. This four-bed family home offers off-street parking to the front and a large back garden with the added benefit of side access.
