GETTING TO GRIPS with a changing property market is tricky, but we’re here to make things a little easier. Each week, we pick a number of homes around a similar budget, to give you an idea of what your money will get you in a certain area.
This week, we’re looking at properties in Co Cavan priced below €395,000 – a semi-detached home and three detached homes that all have four bedrooms.
This home called Iona sits just outside the town of Bailieborough on an elevated site and on a peaceful cul-de-sac. Ready to walk into, the ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a sitting room and a bedroom that has an en suite bathroom.
