The video was released to promote a programme that teaches veterans to fly.

PRINCE HARRY TOOK to the skies in a Spitfire to raise awareness of a special programme to teach wounded veterans to fly.

The video shows the British Prince whooping and giving the thumbs up as he flies upside down.

It was released yesterday to promote his support for the scholarship programme which Harry launched in February 2014.

After landing, the 30-year-old is heard saying “my first landing in a Spitfire feels quite good” and “all good things must come to an end”.

Prince Harry also met the flight scholars and training team at Boultbee Flight Academy.

Former Private Nathan Forster (27) and Corporal Alan Robinson (36) have been chosen for the course.
