Here's the average price of a home in Drimnagh in 2018

THE AVERAGE ASKING price of a home in Drimnagh is now just over €285,000 according to the latest figures from Daft.ie.

Analysis of all properties advertised in the area in the first three months of 2018 puts the exact average list price for Drimnagh at €287,295.

Taking the rest of Dublin 12 into consideration, Drimnagh’s prices are relatively low. In nearby Kimmage the equivalent figure is €374,858 and in Walkinstown it is €354,003.

Drimnagh’s closest Dublin 12 neighbour in terms of price is Crumlin, where you’ll pay an average of €298,834.

Although prices in the neighbourhood have been rising consistently in recent years, they’re still well off the Celtic Tiger peak of just under €400,000, so now is a wise time to buy.

All across Dublin 12, list prices are well below the all-Dublin average of roughly €410,000.
