QUIZ: What Kind Of A Gym-Goer Are You?

We know all your workout secrets.

WHETHER YOU LIVE FOR or loathe the gym (but love the endorphin rush after), dragging your feet to go and work out is something we all experience.

The key to keeping your fitness in check, at least according to personal trainer David Last, is variety - something that’s actually pretty achievable.

And if the latest CSO results are anything to go by, we need to make exercise a priority – especially if you live in Dublin (where it was found that only 82.8% of people say that their health is good).

When you do make it into the gym, are you the type to fill your feed with selfies? Or do you sweat it out with the best of them in the weights section? Or are you secretly one of those infuriating types who takes two kettlebells in class, leaving many with none?

So, what is your true gym personality, once you strip away those suspiciously clean pair of Nikes?

1. First things first, pick a pair of trainers to work out in.

@buzzfeedtasty - just plenty of hypnotic videos of recipes (that often include melting cheese)
7. Pick a dinner to have after all your #gains.

"We have a new class we think you'd love"

You're the 'new convert'
OK, the truth is you only joined because you promised a friend you'd go with them and you're not entirely sure how to do a pushup just yet. But you keep going back and feel like you're finally starting to blend in - go you!

You're the 'I think I lost my gym card'
Each time you pass your gym a little part of you squirms. Though you joined in January, you always seem to find you have something on exactly when that class you booked is on. You'll get back to it in 2018!

You're the 'all style and no squats'
Always decked out in Insta-worthy gear, you look great (and aren't afraid to post a picture to prove it). But when is the last time you broke a sweat? Put down your phone and pick up a kettlebell so you feel the part too.
