From the hallway, you’re greeted by the sitting room and dining space that’s home to an exposed stone wall and a gas fired stove.

Timber floors runs through this large social space that’s on the other side of the hallway, away from the fully-fitted, shaker-style kitchen.

This kitchen is bright and airy thanks to the French doors and a single glazed door that lets you step out into the garden. A very useful utility room, complete with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, sits off the kitchen.

There is also a cosy, standalone sitting room that has a gas fired coal effect fire with a cast iron surround.

A guest bathroom sits off the hallway and completes the downstairs spaces.

Lack of space isn’t an issue when it comes to the bedrooms. Each of the four bedrooms is a double with fitted storage. The exposed stone cut wall continues upstairs too.

The main bedroom has its own bathroom, while the others share the family bathroom. For those working from home for the foreseeable, there is also a handy study.

Full of small shops and cafes, everything needed is close by, while Dublin city centre is just three kilometres away. Cyclists take note, you may be leaving the car at home more often than not.

Sporty types have Milltown Golf Club and Rathgar Tennis Clubs to join. There are an abundance of schools at all levels in the area to choose from but with the Luas and plenty of bus links, the whole of Dublin is will be the next owner’s oyster.
