Whatever the reason for the crying her husband is meant to support and help. Not demean his wife with a list to ridicule her.

My wife cries a lot and seems to always say it is PMS. She goes on about how I have to understand and accept her PMS.
I agree on equal rights but no matter what sex you are but random mood swings in work is hard to accept.
