Here's the latest on house prices in Renmore in 2018

The analysis from Daft.ie.

RENMORE IS A fairly small area on the east side of Galway city. As such, Daft.ie doesn’t track property prices for the neighbourhood specifically but we can get a good idea from the broader areas around it.

The average asking price of a property in east Galway city is €225,566. Further out across Doughiska, Roscam and Mervue it rises slightly to €243,190. So it’s probably safe to say that Renmore is somewhere around these two figures.

They are on the low side for Galway. The average across the city as a whole is around €280k, with several of the more expensive western suburbs coming in north of €300k.

However, prices on the east side of Galway have been rising very rapidly – almost doubling since they reached their lowest point during the recession in 2013. (At that time the average asking price in east Galway city was just €114k.)

At the height of the Celtic Tiger in 2006, prices here peaked at €328,350.
