Here's the average price of a home in Rialto in 2017

The latest figures from Daft.ie.

THE AVERAGE ASKING price for a home in Rialto is just over €297,000, according to the latest data from Daft.ie.

Analysis across all properties advertised in the area in the first quarter of this year puts the average list price at €297,006.

This puts the neighbourhood in the same league as its near neighbours Crumlin (€298k) and Inchicore (€291k).

The mean asking price in Rialto is well below the all-city average. However, prices have been increasing rapidly in recent years – up by nearly 20 per cent in the 12 months to January 2017, and the same the following year.

List prices for property in the neighbourhood have more than doubled since their lowest point in 2012.

There is still some way to go before prices reach the highs of the Celtic Tiger. In 2006 the peak asking price was €400,000.

Actually, Canadians have the world’s highest per capita Internet use.

Interpretation of the map needs to consider population density. Most Canadians. Live close to the US border. Population density in the North is very low.

That’s because 95% of Canada’s Population is right along the American Border so it blends in with the US

This is ridiculously illegal ( “control over some 420, 000 …” ), but results are pretty cool.

The differences in primetime usages depending on daylight between Ireland and the US is interesting. Ireland hits a peak near end of daylight whereas the US East and West peak midway through available daylight hours.
I wonder if that changes again significantly depending on Winter/Summer time daylight hours?
