Your customers should know how much they are paying and why including costs for delivery and returns.
You must make clear the total cost of the product or service, including any additional fees (such as taxes or delivery costs) before the order is confirmed.
No hidden fees and charges: Your customers will not have to pay extra charges if you do not inform them of costs in advance.
No excessive surcharges: You cannot impose excessive credit or debit card charges, i.e. those that exceed the actual cost of offering that method of payment.
Make it clear when your customer incurs a charge: If placing an order online involves clicking a button, or some similar automated function, you must make it abundantly clear to your customer that completing the function puts them under an obligation to pay.
