For the perfect cheese board look, add your larger items like cheese and crackers first, and finish with smaller ingredients like olives, nuts or dried fruit. With the cheese twists, be sure to remove the pastry from the fridge at least 15 minutes before use it to stop it cracking when unrolled.

What to do
To create your cheese board, start by putting items like olives, relish, and stuffed peppers into some small bowls or dishes. Arrange your pieces of cheese around the board, followed by the dishes of relish. Nestle the crackers and cheese straws around the cheese, then take your bowls of olives and peppers, and any meats, and dot around the board. Olives, dried fruit and nuts can be used to fill any remaining gaps around the board.
