What to do
For the granola
1. Heat oven to 180C.
2. Toss all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and then arrange on a large
baking tray.
3. Place into the oven for 5 minutes, toss and cook for another 10 minutes.
4. Leave to cool before breaking up, as this will give you plenty of granola clusters.
For the bananas
1. Insert a lollipop stick into the cut end of the banana then, brush with 2 tablespoons of the yoghurt.
2. Arrange 50g granola on a plate and roll the bananas in this to coat. You may need to break up the granola if it’s a little if too chunky.
For the granola pots
1. Add a yoghurt to each jar, top with the fruit and then the granola.
2. Refrigerate until ready to use or serve straight away.
