Man (37) dies in crash on minor road in Donegal

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have been in the area to contact them.

A MAN HAS died in a single vehicle crash in Donegal.

He was the only occupant of the car.

The incident took place at 11pm last night at Clar, on a minor road off the main Muff to Moville Road.

The 37-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. A post mortem is due to be carried out this morning at Letterkenny General Hospital.

The road remains closed this morning as gardaí carry out a forensic examination.

Gardai are appealing for witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have been on the road between 9.30pm and 11.15pm on the 2nd November to contact Buncrana Garda station on 074 9320540, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
