Here's what the view is like on the world's 'best new rollercoaster'

FOR PEOPLE WHO love rollercoasters, Cedar Point in Ohio is something of a Mecca.

The theme park has 18 rollercoasters and earlier this year they opened Valravn - named after a corpse-eating raven from Danish folk stories – a towering steel and copper structure at that stands 223 feet tall.

Valravn carries riders up a steep hill before perching them over the edge to look over the park and Lake Erie. Then it tosses them down a sharp drop at a vertical 90-degree angle, like this:

CNN Travel named the coaster one of its best new rides of 2016 and Coaster 101 called it “the next best thing to skydiving”.

The video above will have you either sweating or booking a flight to Ohio.
