Three dead in Roscommon house fire

The bodies of the three men, all believed to be in their 20s or 30s, were found in the house just after 7.30 this morning.

THREE MEN HAVE died in a fire at a house in Roscommon.

Gardaí discovered the bodies of the three men, all believed to be in their 20s or 30s, when they were called to investigate the house at St Ciaran’s Park at around 7.30am.

A neighbour had reported that smoke had been seen coming from the house.

The scene is currently preserved pending the arrival of the State Pathologist and crime scene examiners from the Garda Technical Bureau.

It is not yet known what caused the blaze.
