Price Comparison: What can I buy in Co Roscommon for under €500,000?

This week, we’re looking at properties around Co Roscommon with an asking price of exactly €5000,000 or under.

Five-bed, detached, Ballyleague – €425,000

This five-bedder at Gortgallon in Ballyleague is set on about 1.5 acres of landscaped grounds filled with mature trees and hedging. It may sit at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in the countryside, but it’s also just a few kilometres from Lanesboro town.

The rooms inside include a spacious open plan kitchen with a dining area, a conservatory, a sitting room, and a sizable utility room.
