Cadbury is planning wholesale changes to Roses... expect public outrage

NOT THE PURPLE ONE…

NO, THE ROSES box isn’t getting even smaller.

Cadbury has announced it’s working to improve your Roses experience by upgrading some of the sweets to easy-open packaging, and smoother chocolate so they melt in the mouth easier.

Two of the sweets affected will be the Coffee Escape, and the Hazel in Caramel. Yes, THE PURPLE ONE.

The Hazel in Caramel looked like this

… and now, it will look like this

The Coffee Escape used to look like this

… and will change to this

The box is getting an upgrade too.

So what used to look like this…

… will now look like this

Don’t worry though, Cadbury says the taste won’t be changing. The improvements have been made simply to make the chocolate last longer in your mouth and to address complaints of the sweets unwrapping themselves in the tin

Rejoice.
