Here's why this Dublin pub has turned itself into the Rovers Return from Corrie

It’s not Weatherfield, but it will do.

FRESH FROM ITS live episode last night, Coronation Street’s local boozer has been transported to Dublin today.

Well, the front of it anyway.

Dublin 4′s The Bath Pub has been transformed into The Rovers Return – and even though it’s just a cover over the front, it looks pretty authentic:

It looks like it’s all for a UTV Ireland Coronation Street event being held at the pub all day – something to do with the Connor family in the show and their Irish roots.

Knocking around the pub today will be Corrie regulars Shayne Ward, Alison Sinclair and Faye Brooks:

They’ll be in semi-familiar surroundings, at least.

We won’t be happy unless Ken Barlow is standing there supping on a half pint of ale tbh.
