IF YOU’RE LOOKING for a property with stylish finishes and a commuter-friendly location, the homes at Cois Glaisin are likely to deliver.

The development is just 3km from the bustling commuter town of Navan, and just a few minutes’ walk from Johnstown Shopping Centre. St Stephen’s National School and Coláiste na Mí Secondary School are both close by.

These houses are also within easy reach of Dublin, just off Junction 8 on the M3. From here you’ll get to Blanchardstown in 25 minutes or the city centre in 45 – or you can be at the airport inside 40 minutes.

Further transport options include the regular Navan Express bus service, with a stop just five minutes away, or the train from Dunboyne.

With a tasteful combination of brick and render to the exterior, inside the homes are designed for family life with thoughtfully laid-out living spaces throughout.

To the front there is the convenience of a paved driveway; to the rear, French doors lead onto a private garden for relaxing or play.

As well as kitchens and bathrooms already finished to the highest degree, these new homes include stylish internal joinery and Shaker-style fitted wardrobes.

They’re also energy-efficient with triple-glazed windows, an A-rated condensing gas boiler central heating system, and even photo voltaic panels fitted to generate electricity all year round.

Spacious three and four-bedroom homes are launching in the second phase of the development soon, while one three-bed home is up for grabs thanks to a draw run by Glenveagh Homes in conjunction with Meath GAA.

The purpose of the draw is to raise funds for the redevelopment of Páirc Tailteann, which is located in the centre of Navan. The redevelopment works will consist of a 4,000 seat stand, pitch extension and the erection of floodlights. Each club will receive commission based on the number of tickets they sell.
