Man to appear in court charged in connection with murder of Samantha Walsh

A MAN IN his late 20s is to appear in Waterford District Court tomorrow morning charged in connection with the investigation into the murder of 31-year-old Samantha Walsh.

Gardaí discovered 31-year-old Samantha’s body after they were called to an apartment at Thomas Court, Thomas Street, in Waterford city at about 3pm on Friday afternoon.

The man was arrested yesterday evening and then detained at Waterford Garda Station.
