Here's what €9 million will get you in the 4th most expensive place to live in the world

This exclusive pad has an indoor pool, and a hidden seating area on the roof.

LOCATED ON THE South coast of England, Sandbanks is the fourth-most expensive place to live in the world, according to The Daily Mail.

This puts it behind London, New York, and Singapore.

The average house price of the area fell during the 2007 banking crisis, but seemed to recover when an empty 1,393 square metre plot of land sold for £13.5 million (€18.7 million) in 2009.

Rightmove lists a number of properties, almost all of which cost around £5 million (€7.1 million). In contrast, the average UK house price is around £190,000 (€262,000).

Here’s what £6.5 million (€9.2 million) gets you in the fourth most expensive area in the world…
