Is climate anxiety keeping you up at night? Here's how to cope...

What exactly is climate anxiety, and what can we do to combat it?

THE TERM CLIMATE anxiety has been on the rise for the last few years. But what exactly is climate anxiety? What pockets of society are we seeing it crop up in? And what can we do to help ourselves beat it? 

From young children having fear about the future, to young adults deciding not to bring children into this world due to the uncertainty of our planet’s future, climate anxiety is very real and a topic that needs to be tackled immediately. 

In order to find out more, we caught up with Dr Tadhg Mac Intyre, an Associate Professor of Environmental Psychology at Maynooth University. Check out the video in full below:
