Man charged with murder of two-year-old girl in Scotland

Madison Horne was pronounced dead after being taken to hospital on Sunday evening.

A 26-YEAR-old man has been charged with the murder of two-year-old Madison Horne in Scotland.

Police were called to the a house in Kelty, Fife, at 6.30pm on Sunday after reports of “concern for a child”. The two-year-old was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.

BBC reports this morning that the 26-year-old man is due to appear at Dundermline Sheriff Court later today.

Tributes have been laid outside the little girl’s house with one poignant message attached to a doll reading: “Heaven has gained another angel, rest in peace little one.”
