Question time
Why did you decide to run in this election?
I decided to run in this election to be a voice of the people of Cork North Central and to make drug policy reform an election issue.
What do you think is the greatest issue the country faces right now?
Community safety is a big issue at the moment. We have a record number of gardaí leaving the force and criminals acting with impunity around the city. Drug Policy Reform is on the horizon and I see this freeing up a lot of garda time if done correctly and improving community policing to target real criminals like rapists and thieves.
What would you like your first speaking time in the Dáil to be about if you get elected?
If I am elected to the Dáil, I'd like my first speaking time to be about the need to expand the medical cannabis access program to include conditions like chronic pain, fibromyalgia, MS, parkinson and more. I'd also include the need to regulate the sale and supply of cannabis to adults and expunge all cannabis related criminal convictions.
