Biography

Healy has served as both a TD and councillor on a number of occasions. He was first elected to the Dáil in 2000 as an independent. He had previously served on the Clonmel Borough Council and was Mayor of Clonmel from 1994-1995. He was re-elected to the Dáil in 2016, but lost his seat in 2020.
