The shots were fired at around 3.10pm.

A MAN IS being treated in hospital after a number of shots were fired from a car this afternoon.

The shots were fired near a primary school in Moyraverty, Craigavon, Co Armagh at around 3.10pm.

A man has sustained a number of injuries and is currently receiving medical treatment.

Police are appealing for information following the shooting.

Chief Inspector Jon Burrows said, “The area was very busy and we believe a number of people may have witnessed this shooting. We would ask anyone who has information to contact us as soon as possible so we can progress our investigation.
