GROWING DISPARITY IN property prices between Dublin and the rest of the country were revealed today in a report by MyHome.ie, which showed prices in the capital are now almost a third higher on average than elsewhere.

Supply concerns in Dublin are driving price increases, with the average asking price in the area now standing at €241,000. Low levels of house building and planning permission being granted for apartments are exacerbating the disparity.
