Price Comparison: What can I buy in Co Sligo for under €410,000?

This week, we include a semi-d in Riverstown and a detached home in Tubbercurry.

Every week, we handpick a number of homes within a similar budget, and usually in a similar area, to give you an idea of what the property landscape looks like right now.

This week, we’re looking at properties around Co Sligo with an asking price of €410,000 and under – including a semi-d in Riverstown and a detached home in Tubbercurry.

Four-bed, semi-detached, Riverstown – €290,000
