22-year-old stabbed by masked man in Belfast

The man was stabbed as he walked along a residential road at around 6am on Sunday morning.

A 22-YEAR-OLD MAN was stabbed in the chest, legs and arms by a masked man in Belfast in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The Police Service of Northern Ireland has issued an appeal for information after the man was stabbed as he walked along the Silverstream Road in Belfast at around 6am yesterday morning.

The man was taken to hospital for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

PSNI detectives have called on anyone with information about the stabbing or anyone who witnessed the incident to contact police in Northern Ireland.
