Want to help a young boy whose bike was stolen?

Barnardos has launched an online fundraising campaign to buy a bike for a young boy after his was stolen yesterday. His family cannot afford a new one.

BARNARDOS HAS LAUNCHED a crowdfunding campaign for a young boy whose bike was stolen yesterday.

The charity said the boy was “absolutely devastated as he is crazy about the bike” and “uses it for everything – playing, going to preschool, going to the shops”.

His family cannot afford to buy a new one so the charity has stepped in to help.

“He’s a great kid and really deserves this,” the statement said.

Update: The campaign is now closed as €180 was pledged – 240% of the target.
