Young man arrested after he loses control of stolen Mercedes

The driver fled from the scene but was arrested a short time later.

GARDAÍ ARE INVESTIGATING after a 26-year-old man lost control of the stolen car he was driving and was arrested.

Early this morning two masked men broke into a house at Charlemont, Griffith Avenue and stole the keys of a Mercedes car.

The men left the house in Marino in the Mercedes and a Mitsubishi Colt.

Gardaí found both cars travelling on the M3 outbound.

A short time later the driver of the Mercedes lost control and crashed the car in the Damastown Industrial Estate.

The driver of the car fled from the scene but was arrested a short time later. The 26-year-old is currently being held at Clontarf Garda Station.

With the price skyrocketing you’d think they’d spend an extra few pence on Quality control.

Thanks for highlighting this, with allergies becoming more prevalent it helps with those of us who have kids carrying epi-pens that people are getting more aware of the importance of them

Might be an idea to let pharmacists give epi-pens without prescription to people dying for the lack of them. The refusal of one gave rise to the death of a young lady not so long ago.

Epipen last 20 monthes after production date, thanks for reporting, but going back have you thought why the issue is discovered/reported nearly 17 month after the lot (expiring on may 2017) was produced?
