A selection of top notch musical performances accompanied by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra seemed to be just what the doctor ordered for Ireland on a cold and windy Friday night.

Legendary singer songwriter Ralph McTell performed Clare to Here with a host of strings, woodwind and everything else behind him, but it was when he sat down with his guitar to play Streets of London that it turned really magical…
