Kerry teenager in serious condition in hospital after motorbike crash

The young man was rushed to University Hospital Limerick

A 16-YEAR-OLD boy is in a serious condition in hospital after a motorbike crash in Kerry this afternoon.

The incident happened in on Ferry Road in the north Kerry village of Tarbert with emergency services called to the scene at about 2.30pm.

Gardai have confirmed that the teenager was seriously injured in a single-vehicle motorcycle collision.

The young man was rushed to University Hospital Limerick with his injuries described as serious.
