4 of a kind: Terraced houses within easy reach of Dublin city

From a four-bed in Dublin 6 to a new build in Raheny.

IF LIVING WITHIN close reach of Dublin city centre is top of your list when it comes to buying a home, one of these four properties might just be what you’re looking for.

The trip to the city will take 30 minutes or less on public transport (let’s not talk about rush hour) from any of these properties. And if you’re buying for a family, you’re in luck: they each have at least three bedrooms.

Read on to see what’s on the market right now…

Ranelagh, Dublin 6

A four-bedroom home, 61 Dartmouth Square  is a property that seamlessly combines period features with all of the conveniences of modern-day living. Spanning close to 2,200 sq ft and across three levels, the accommodation boasts high ceilings, sash windows and marble fireplaces throughout. At garden level is the open-plan kitchen and dining room, which boasts a centre island, built-in wine rack and Belfast sink.

The four generous-sized bedrooms are on the first floor, with the master bedroom overlooking the front garden and square. To the rear is a south-facing garden, which offers off-street parking. St Stephen’s Green and Ranelagh Village are but a short stroll away from this ideally-located property.

Snap it up for €1,750,000.

He says their deliberations will be grounded in ‘reality’. They don’t know the meaning of that word. Both them and their supporters live in a completely different universe. Still stuck in the stoneage and everyone is paying the price for it. As the Alliance party leader said today. No party should hold a veto on making progress for Northern Ireland. I’ll keep saying it, it’s high time Jeff and his buddies were sidelined and let normal life resume for the benefit of everbody.

Be careful what you wish for. A reform of the GFA could put the Alliance, DUP and SDLP into a coalition Gov with the largest of those parties suppling the First Minister. It would still be a cross community Gov and get things moving again!!
