EVERY EVENING, TheJournal.ie brings you five things to know before you head out the door…

1. #BUDGET 2012: Taoiseach Enda Kenny has confirmed that the Government will “revisit” cuts to disability allowance outlined in the Budget, as opposition to the proposal mounted. Earlier today Finance Minister Michael Noonan had acknowledged the issue was “worth looking at again”.

2. #EU TREATY: International measures to tackle the eurozone debt crisis could be possible without a new EU Treaty, Enda Kenny has insisted. It’s thought the proposals could be adopted using a protocol which would avoid the need for an Irish referendum.

3. #FOOD SAFETY: The flagship restaurant of chef Seamus O’Connell has been shut down over safety concerns. The Ivory Tower in Cork city – once lauded by the New York Times – was among six restaurants closed by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.

4. #FOURTH TIME LUCKY: Sinéad O’Connor will marry for a fourth time tomorrow – tying the knot with fiancé Barry Herridge. The singer said she was a “very happy girl” ahead of the ceremony.

5. #SECURITY FLAW: Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has seen photos from his private album distributed over the internet after a security flaw in the social network was exposed. The pictures show Zuckerberg making sushi, posing with his long-term girlfriend, and holding up a chicken by its legs.
