WINNERS:

  • Éamon Ó Cuív – the Fianna Fáil candidate has been elected in Galway West on the eighth count.
  • Sean Barrett – the Fine Gael candidate has been elected in embattled constituency of Dún Laoghaire on the eighth count.
  • Ged Nash - Labour’s Ged Nash was elected in Louth on the 12th count.

LOSERS:

  • Ivana Bacik – the Labour candidate Ivana Bacik has been excluded on the eighth count in Dún Laoghaire.
  • Kathleen Funchion - Sinn Féin’s candidate was knocked out on 11th count in Carlow-Kilkenny.
  • Charlie Keddy – the independent was eliminated on the sixth count in Wicklow.
  • John Moran – Fine Gael’s candidate was excluded in Laois-Offaly on the seventh count.
  • Ciaran Cuffe – the Green Party candidate was knocked out in sixth count in Dún Laoghaire.
  • Barry Andrews - the Fianna Fáil candidate was excluded on the seventh count in Dún Laoghaire.
