Garda appeal after theft of refrigerated container holding meat worth €150,000 in Co Dublin

The incident happened at around 9am on Saturday, 4 May.

GARDAÍ ARE APPEALING FOR information after the theft of a refrigerated container holding around €150,000 worth of meat.

The incident happened at the rear of a petrol station in Turvey, Donabate, Co. Dublin at around 9am on Saturday, 4 May.

The container, with meat products valuing around €150,000, was removed from the rear of the petrol station and attached to a Volvo truck cab.

It is believed that the truck and cab then headed north.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have information to come forward.

Anyone who may have witnessed any unusual activity in Turvey, Donabate on the morning of Saturday, 4 May, is asked to contact Swords Garda Station on 01 666 4700, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
