Fire at derelict pub on Thomas Street

Traffic has been diverted in the area.

FOUR UNITS OF Dublin Fire Brigade are attending a burning building on Thomas Street in the city centre.

The significant blaze started at a derelict pub, once known as John Lynch’s, this evening. The roof of the property has collapsed, according to sources.

There have been no reports of injuries or casualties.

AA Roadwatch has advised that outbound traffic from Thomas Street is being diverted along Marrowbone Lane.
