Three viable devices discovered in Co Kildare last night have been made safe by Army Bomb Disposal experts.

THREE VIABLE IMPROVISED explosive devices discovered in Co Kildare last night were made safe by Army Bomb Disposal experts.

The devices were found on the Allenwood to Carbury road, RTÉ reports. Experts arrived on the scene at around 9.10pm and the scene was made safe at 10.20pm, the Irish Independent reports.

The devices were removed for further examination.
