DOCTORS IN THE United States are at a loss to explain the case of Alise Nipper.

The three-year-old has recovered after laying seemingly lifeless for 12 minutes after an incident in a swimming pool.

Speaking to KFVS News, her mother Jaime Nipper, said that Alise had been at a swim party with friends from her school.

While it was initially sunny, the weather soon changed, and the children were taken out.

After the children were taken out of the pool, the life jacket was taken off of Alise.

When Jaime turned around again she couldn’t see her daughter. Looking frantically around the pool, she noticed her foot sticking out from underneath one of the floats.

Pulling her from the water, the child seemed to be lifeless, and Jamie began performing CPR with the help of her friend and certified CPR instructor Heather Kyle.

After 12 minutes the child’s heart started to beat again.

The child sustained a number of traumatic injuries to her lungs and internal organs.

After being in hospital for 6 days she began to see improvements.

She has now seemingly made a full recovery and has the normal physical and mental functions of a three-year-old.

On the back of her child’s recovery, Jamie Nipper is now organising courses to help individuals become CPR certified.
