Video shows toddler falling out of van onto busy road

VIDEO FOOTAGE HAS emerged of a toddler falling out of a van on a busy road in China.

A dashcam captured the moment a two-year-old boy fell out of the vehicle near Wujiang in the Jiangsu province.

Witnesses rushed to help the child and brought him to safety.

Chinese media has identified the driver as the child’s grandfather.

CNN reports that Wujiang Daily, a government-owned local newspaper, said the child had been sitting in the passenger seat, but crawled back in the van as his grandfather drove and accidentally hit a broken lock which opened the boot.
