Fancy owning a tour bus? This guy is selling one for €40,000

It could be “Ireland’s largest motor home”, if you so wish.

FANCY OWNING A 16-bed tour bus? Now is your chance.

Joe Clarke of music production company CWB bought the 16-berth 1995 Van Hool tour bus a few years ago as a project, but is now planning to part ways.

While the buses go for around €500,000 new, Joe is looking for a far more modest €40,000 for his.

“We bought it as a project. The plan was to do it up and use it as a tour bus, but with children coming along and everything else, that never happened.”

The bus has been used on occasion at festivals but has been largely kept in a garage.

It features a lounge area with seating, televisions and a fridge:

As well as an upstairs with 16 bunks:

Clarke says that the bus offers a range of opportunities for potential buyers.

You can do a lot with it. I think 98FM’s bus is the same model, you can fit it out or use it as accommodation on a building site or a temporary office.

“It can be Ireland’s largest motorhome if you want.

“You can park it on Shrewsbury Road and have your own 16-bed house there.”
