Video: This is an actual excuse someone gave for not paying their TV licence

The UK equivalent of the TV licence inspectors have come up with a novel way of making sure people pay their licence.

MOST OF US have watched and heard the TV licence ads on our own TV and radio but the TV Licensing body in the UK has come up with a unique way of getting people to pay up.

They got BAFTA award-winning Scottish animation collective White Robot to do this short sketch which depicts an actual excuse someone gave for not paying their licence.

The excuse? A lethal injection…
